Crawley Carpet Warehouse offers the five PRO-TEK™ WPC collections which include an array of authentic designs and textures, to suit all specifications and settings. Four of the collections – Excel, Essential, Distressed and Excel Long Plank – include wood effects and Excel Tile includes eight tile designs, in marble, slate and travertine effects. All designs are phthalate-free and the materials used in their construction are 100% recyclable.

What is WPC?

WPC is a wood plastic composite core structure, also known as ‘waterproof core’. It’s a relatively new concept in the UK but, in America, it’s one of the fastest growing surface sectors. PRO-TEK™ WPC ‘s robust construction features a commercial-grade wear resistant layer, a highly stable and 100% waterproof core – with glueless locking system – and a premium IXPE foam underlay base. It provides a flooring option that’s fast to install, can be laid over most existing hard floor coverings and which is compatible with ‘wet’ underfloor heating systems. Boards lock together to create a highly durable and dimensionally stable surface that also offers acoustic impact sound performance up to 24db.
